The role of this supervisor is to coordinate the day to day activities of the Sundry Billing processes and processing
staff. Providing support to the Sundry Billing and Major Projects Manager within the Administration Department to
ensure compliance with the AVANGRID Administration model and with AVANGRID Service Company policies and

The scope of the post includes the following processes:

• Reviewing the creation and maintenance of debtor and materials records, including related interfaces.
• Overseeing Sundry billing for all the US.
• Monitoring the collection of all SD invoices.
• Assuring the compliance with the Standard of Other Income to Third Parties.

As a member of the AVANGRID Administration Team, the Supervisor position will support the Sundry Billing and
Major Projects Manager and AVANGRID Administration Management Team as required, driving delivery of the
Administration objectives.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Provide effective support in projects involving Sundry Billing activities. (P, 10%)

2. Provide leadership and personnel development to staff in different geographic locations and assist with the

change required to move the sundry billing function to the consolidated corporate function, operating with standard
processes and systems. (P, 35%)

3. Ensure an efficient and accurate performance of the Sundry Billing activity and review the analysis the existing
information to continually maximize productivity through monitoring of processes, performance metrics, workload
and output and implementation of improvements. (P, 30%)

4. Review and ensure that the policies, criteria and procedures established by Tax, Finance and Administration
Departments are observed and followed. Help identify discrepancies and proactively work to improve alignment
with the model, for instance contributing to the recovery of miscellaneous billing debts by the implementation of the
appropriate measures. Ensure observance of regulatory requirements (P, 15%)

5. Provide appropriate information to monitor the end to end process and highlight potential issues in a timely
manner. (P, 10%)


Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of four years relevant experience preferred. Associates Degree with a
minimum of seven years relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED required with 10 years relevant
experience and the completion of the relevant progression program.
• Experience in and understanding of accounting principles and administrative control procedures in corporate
business environment, especially regarding sales administration, invoicing, collecting, etc.

• Analytical competence and technical skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with management and employees.
