JOB SUMMARY: Major Roles & Responsibilities:

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

• Responsible for critical operational tasks needed to balance and assist with high-level development projects.
Provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing, coordinating
and tracking reports and presentations, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as;
preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1. Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using Word
relevant computer software.
2. Responsible for managing phone calls, emails and daily calendars of executive and senior management.
3. Record, type and distribute meeting materials.
4. Acting as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
5. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their
distribution.
6. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database
systems.
7. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
8. Assist with research for special projects.
9. Create, prepare and track high-level spreadsheets and presentations for special projects.
10. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

11. Make travel arrangements for senior management and executives.
12. Expense tracking and reporting.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education, Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, no experience required or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 years
relevant experience OR a High School/GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Previous
experience working in an office environment preferred.

operations.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.

• Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling.
• Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills necessary to enhance job performance.
• International mindset and comfortable working with international employees
• Working knowledge of other cultures and languages
