Job Overview:

The Berkshire Gas Company is looking for the right person to manage our Residential Energy Efficiency Programs.
Through multiple channels we provide rebates and incentive offers to serve all of our residential customers, from
those who are building new homes to those making their existing homes more efficient - whether they own or rent
and no matter what income level. Work with the all of the Sponsors of Mass Save® to administer the programs that
have made Massachusetts the leader in Energy Efficiency in the nation for the 8th year in a row!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all Berkshire Gas residential customers and contractors looking for ways to participate in
energy efficiency programs.
• Manage the vendors who implement and evaluate our programs by overseeing the contracting process from RFP
to execution, tracking performance and providing feedback and direction for program delivery.
• Maintain a comprehensive financial budget and savings goals for all programs by entering, analyzing and
approving all invoicing and savings data.
• Report formal results to internal and external stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis - Avangrid
Management, Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Department of Energy Resources (DOER) including the Energy
Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC).
• Represent Berkshire Gas at meetings and training seminars, in person and via phone conferences, with other
Program Administrators (utility companies or energy efficiency providers), regulators, legislators, attorneys, and by
participating in statewide collaborative working groups and committees.
• Market the residential programs through statewide-developed materials and create Berkshire Gas specific
advertisement campaigns.
• Coordinate trade-ally shows and outreach activities and provide internal employee and contractor awareness

Education and Experience Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Efficiency or
related discipline, plus five years minimum related experience. Excellent candidates have tremendous attention to
detail, a profound understanding of Microsoft Excel, the ability to swap focus while prioritizing between many
different types of tasks, and are able to communicate well through both writing and giving a presentation.
Knowledge of energy efficiency is helpful, but it can be learned. Experience with SAP is a plus.
