Description
The Project Coordinator will support the Kitty Hawk Project Team in all administrative and document control
activities associated with the development and permitting of large-scale offshore wind energy projects. Activities will
comply with relevant Business Policy and Quality Management requirements.

• Reporting to the Kitty Hawk Project Director, provide a professional and timely administration and document
control service to the offshore projects
• Be the project expert user for SAP purchasing system (purchasing, budgeting, reporting).
• Be the project expert user for FileNet, the company's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
• Work closely with Global Business Document Control Manager
• Collation and distribution of documentation
• Ensure adherence and compliance to the Project Document Control Procedure
• Preparation of transmittals and maintaining precise auditable records
• Ensure up to date lists of drawings and documents is available
• Provide training sessions on EDMS
• Ensure appropriate preparation and filing of project documents.
• Ensure high levels of quality control throughout.
• Manage contract applications, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payments
• Assist with procurement process via SAP

Requirements
• Degree in Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a multi-disciplinary project development and/or construction project
environment or equivalent experience in related industry.
• Customer service focus and professional, confident phone presence. ¬

• Pro-active, detail oriented, results-driven, with organized work techniques.
• ¬Ability to motivate others and maintain positive team environment
• ¬Strong Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint skills.
• ¬Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve a range of issues, possibly working on several projects and tasks with dynamic
priorities at the same time.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment and demonstrate a positive approach to
change.
• Experience using an Electronic Document Management System
• General administration experience within a large complex organization
