Job Summary, Major Roles & Responsibilities:

Manages various programs and projects on behalf of the Affiliates of AVANGRID with objectives of timely and costeffective completion.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Provides leadership on various programs and projects for Customer Service and represent affiliates ofAVANGRID Service Company before various governmental and/or regulatory entities in matters related incompliance with regulatory directives.2. Prepares plans and budgets for programs and projects. Monitors progress against plans and reports to seniormanagement.3. Coordinates efforts of cross-functional project teams. Holds regular program/project status meetings. Deliverson-time, on budget results.4. Is the lead team member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides expertise and immediacyof decision making. Holds project team members accountable for results.5. Effectively communicates with executives for decision making outside of day-to-day program/project teamactivities.6. Serves as product owner for assigned customer product and/or digital service offerings. Interfaces withproduct/service vendor.7. Identifies and coordinates the delivery of product/service enhancements to ensure optimal customer experience,

increased adoption, improved efficiency.8. Actively engages in and applies Voice of the Customer.



Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or significant and advanced experience in this specific field for over 15 years) required.
• Seven years relevant experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Suite.

• Skills/Abilities:
• Program/Project Management.
• Passion for optimizing the customer experience
• Demonstrated effectiveness facilitating teams across functional areas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables on-time.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytic skills, with an ability to complete multi-year forecasting and product cost/benefits.
