Job Title: Manager - Programs/Projects (Quality Management)

Business and Department

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships:
Responsible for providing leadership in implementing a Quality Management System for assigned key processes
within Avangrid Networks, leading the development and implementation of standard processes and procedures
across Avangrid Networks as assigned, and managing certain prioritized process standardization and automation
efforts in order to lead the Networks business to a higher level of performance.

Major Roles and Responsibilities (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
1.Provides leadership on various programs and projects. Management includes development of scope, project
design execution and close out.
2.Participates in preparation of project plans for programs. Manages progress against plans, and takes corrective
action. Reports to management on progress status.
3.Leads cross-functional project teams. Holds regular program/project status meetings.
•Establishes leads and directs Quality Committees, as assigned.
4.Fills the role of lead team member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides direction and
leads decision making. Holds project team members accountable for results.
5.Provides linkage to management for decision making outside of day-to-day program/project team activities.
•Performs complex business process analysis and design for Avangrid Networks Electric and Gas Operations and
Projects, as required.
•Makes recommendations to business areas and management and implements solutions to promote efficiencies.
6.Provides relationship management for the business area.
7.Acts as a liaison between the business and IT to identify, recommend and implement automation initiatives.
8.Identifies and initiates process change through research, planning and change management and training
activities. Identifies and implements automated processes.
•Designs, implements, and tracks KPI's and implements corrective actions.

•Directs and oversees regular process assessment through planned audits to ensure compliance with applicable
procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Education & Experience Required:
•Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience required.
•Certificate for Project/Program Management preferred
•A minimum of 3 years of program /project management experience in a directly related field.
•Experience in leading teams
•Knowledge of Information Technology design and architecture,

•Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to multi-task
•Strong interpersonal, communications, and negotiation skills
•Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and SAP Back Office
•Strong knowledge of all aspects of at least one of the following business functional areas: Electric Operations, Gas
Operations, and/or Projects
•Demonstrated ability to manage projects
•Ability to work with all levels of the organization
