Key role within HR with two key area of focus:

• Provide expert advice on financial information and processes related to payroll and HR functional costs. US GAAPpayroll is $1.1BN.
• Develop and deploy workforce planning analytics to identify issues, opportunities, root causes to provideinformation as input into talent management and staffing plans.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

• Collaborate with business partners to develop and recommend methods to optimize the workforce and embedworkforce planning and analytics into the planning process. Develop workforce reporting solutions.
• Ensure all payroll and functional cost reporting is accurate and to agreed timelines.
• Ensures compliance of all departmental internal controls relating to financial processes.
• Maintain all departmental processes relating to financials.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting process for HR for all payroll and functional costs.
• Act as a key point of contact for USA HR, GLOBAL HR and Control for all matters relating to HR related financials.
• Support audits for HR areas impacting financials and assist with other audits -example management audits.
• Manage four HR Analysts to ensure efficient, accurate, consistent and timely reporting.
• Manage four HR Analysts including setting objectives, coordinating performance management, personaldevelopment and training.

• Delegate for VP Governance and Performance for financial matters.



Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of seven years relevant experience required
• Knowledge of financial processes
• Knowledge of workforce analytics
• Knowledge of US accounting concepts and standards. Knowledge of International Accounting standards would bebeneficial.
• HR SAP/SAP Financials experience required


• Excellent working knowledge of HR SAP, SAP financials and MS Office
• Excellent Analytical and technical skills
• Result and proactive orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain confidential matters with tact
