Description
Provides project, administrative and organizational support for the legal group. Manages invoicing and payment of
legal vendors. Supports contract administration, paralegals, and attorneys in day to day responsibilities and with
major projects. Supports transactions, litigation and other major legal group projects as needed.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (% of Time):

• Manage creation of purchase orders and payment of external vendors through SAP and legal tracker;
support budgeting and budget reporting. (30%)
• Provide support to contract administration, paralegals and attorneys with day to day work and major projects.
(25%)
• Provide administrative and organizational support for the legal group, including management of forms files,
assistance with travel and expenses, scheduling, organization and conduct of periodic board meetings, . (30%)
• Provide support to the legal group and outside counsel on special and recurring projects, including
transaction due diligence, closings, litigation, and other activities. (15%)

Requirements
o At least 5 years of experience as an administrative or legal assistant or similar position in a demanding, fast
paced environment.
o Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Excellent oral and written communications skills.
o Extensive experience with SAP or a like system
o Demonstrated organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
o Ability to work as a member of an integrated team
o Ability to quickly master new and evolving tasks, roles and responsibilities
o Attention to detail and accuracy.
