JOB SUMMARY:To perform mobile & walking FI survey of all mains & services in the Berkshire Gas distribution system. Theoutside survey will take place from approximately April through December, and perform miscellaneous surveys andsurvey related duties during the winter months.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Perform surveys and document daily on lap top and download weekly the information into database.2. Document daily main surveys on company provided area maps and electronic data terminal.3. Report all Class I leaks to dispatch immediately4. Document & communicate daily all Class II & Class III leaks on company provided leak reports.5. Miscellaneous survey work throughout the year:a) Preconstruction Street – Leak Surveyb) Preconstruction Street – Valve Box Surveyc) Pre & Post Blasting Surveyd) Cast Iron Encroachment Surveye) System Upgrade Surveyf) Respond to daily leak call-ins (odor complaints)g) Perform building and business district surveys and provide data daily.
