Organize, plan and perform complex technical assignments/projects requiring evaluation, coordination,implementation and documentation. Perform analyses by using reports from desk top and enterprise softwareprograms. Provide recommendations to support corporate and field operations activities. Lead special projects, andassist with ongoing operations and emergency restoration.


1. Analyze and benchmark field operation practices. Perform studies and analyze data to identify gaps and possibleimprovements. Consider and evaluate alternatives. Recommend methods and procedures, and processimprovements to increase organizational cost-effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. (30%)

2. Oversees and participates in the development and delivery of training programs, and other change initiatives, inresponse to organizational needs. Ensures programs are practical and cost-effective. Transfers subject matterexpertise to applicable organization using training and other forms of communication. (30%)

3. Assists the applicable organizational unit with annual business planning, budget development and management,expense tracking, and scheduling personnel for training. (15%)

4. Lead special projects, participate on project teams, and assist with ongoing T&D operations and improvement

efforts as assigned. (15%)

5. Assist with system emergency planning and restoration activities. (10%)

Financial Responsibility:Manage Spending: $1 millionApproximate Budget Responsibility: $20k



Education & Experience Required:

Associates degree in related discipline and at least 3 years of related experience; or high school diploma and atleast 5 years directly related experience

• Strong PC skills.
• Good interpersonal, oral & written communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures.
• Ability to act decisively in emergency situations and work effectively with all levels of the Company
