JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

This position plays a significant role in supporting the transition of our gas business into the digital world delivering
all aspects of department mobile application web sites and digital platforms to support proactive process
improvement activities in Gas Operations aimed at eliminating PSC Audit Violations, eliminating paper inspection
and maintenance records and improving day to day efficiencies. Included in this is the inventory and control of
business area IT equipment and specialized applications including SAP and Locus View applications.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

•Lead the delivery of innovative mobile and web projects and enhancements that deliver quality solutions and
enhance user experience
•Participate and support Lean Six Sigma project management teams and in situations that require a hybrid
approach, develop project management approaches suitable for achieving project goals
•Respond appropriately to customer web requests taking ownership and resolving as appropriate
•Identify web best practices and focus on process improvement opportunities
•Manage vendor to drive services and solutions in timely manner
•Identify and solve complex problems with limited guidance
•Participate in the development, tracking and reporting of critical operational, productivity & efficiency metrics for
processes and tools implemented to confirm achievement of anticipated outcomes and ensure sustainability and
compliance with business area, company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Travel throughout Avangrid Networks service territories may be required

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience Required:
•Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. Associate Degree with a minimum of 5
years relevant experience required.
•Knowledge of gas operations, maintenance and construction practices.
•Knowledge of industry codes including: 16 NYCRR Part 255, 16 NYCRR Part 753, NEC, NESC, Hazmat, and
OSHA

Skills and Abilities:
•Computer skills applicable to job functions including MS Office Corporate Desktop suite
•Knowledge of various SAP modules including but not limited to WMS, MD (Master Data), PM/MP (Planned
Maintenance/Maintenance Planning), SD (SD/Miscellaneous billing), CIC0 (Customer Service notifications)
•Experience in Field Mobility/Mobile Data applications - primarily Locusview
•Working Knowledge of Business Warehouse, GIS, TMS, VISIO, MS Project, Trello, iForm, Collector, WorkForce,
ArExplorer, Fulcrum, SharePoint, SQL, JavaScript, Python, VB, AGOL, Android and Apple Operating Systems,
Mobile Device Management systems, Zebra Printer Configurations, High Accuracy GPS technologies
•Excellent written and presentation skills
•Proven leadership skills demonstrated through work experiences
•Ability to proactively identify innovative solutions to challenging and complex problems
•Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
•Ability to translate business requirements into simple effective sustainable solutions
Certifications: Valid Driver's License
