Description


Scope of work – Main duties, settings, geography, reporting
relationships, other relationships:



• Provide highly skilled analytical support in HR financial
information and processes related to SAP and payroll, HR External Services and other functional costs.

• Assist in preparing of all budget and financial forecasts for
HR

• Assist in preparing monthly analysis of financial forecasts for HR
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBIITIES (Scope of work – range of responsibilities):
1. Assist in maintaining all departmental processes relating to
financials
2. Assist in the forecasting and budgeting process for HR for all payroll and functional costs
3. Assist in preparation of documentation for AVANGRID Management Committee and Iberdrola Operating
Committee e.g. Consultancy requests
4. Assist in Audits for HR areas impacting financials and assist with other audits – example management audits
5. Prepare financial analysis reports for HR External Services and all payroll and functional costs including variance
explanations.
6. Work closely with HR budget coordinators to assist in budget preparation, SAP queries, and establishment of
needed roles (purchasing and financial) in SAP (includes completion of ITSM requests.


Requirements


Education & Experience Required:



• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.

• Knowledge of financial processes and headcount processes

• Knowledge of US accounting concepts and standards including Pensions

• HR SAP and SAP Financial experience Required

• Ability to generate complex (SAP) reports requiring merging and validating information from multiple sources.


Skills/Abilities:

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent working knowledge of HR SAP, SAP Financials and MS Office.

• Excellent Analytical and technical skills

• Result and proactive orientation

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization

• Strong time management, scheduling and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal focus skills and the ability to explain
matters with confidentiality and tact
