Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

This position with limited supervision identifies critical business and technical requirements, plans, develops(programming & configuration), implements and tests various technology systems/solutions. Acts as a lead toestablish priorities consistent with business needs and goals. Serves as a technical consultant and advisor to ITmanagement and the business community for various systems. Provide technical expertise and support forcomplex technical problems.

Focuses on understanding customer needs and meeting SLA's, assessing initial project requirements and providingon-going IT guidance.

Responsible to define and deliver the IT Applications Roadmap in conjunction with the designated Business AreaCoordinator, aligned with Business Strategy, Objectives and Priorities. Through a team approach, links thebusiness needs with value-added services and IT technology strategy.

Effectively manages development team under its responsibility on a day to day basis and support requirement,projects and roadmaps ensuring that resources are provided to meet project needs and maintaining relationshipbetween the business area and IT.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. IT Lead for SAP-related requirements gathering, coordinate and achieve consensus with Business Units,identifies best practices and process improvements, and lead product/application evaluations as assigned.

2. IT Lead for SAP-related (and other) projects/implementations, function as PM on smaller implementations,provides regular, concise, and complete reporting on status.3. Collaborates and works on assignments with onshore/offshore resources.4. Responds to customer needs including incident requests, project requests, problem tickets and service requestswhile ensuring compliance with SLAs.5. Monitor, report on, and make recommendations on emerging technologies.6. Works independently and proactively identifies and solves complex problems with limited guidance.7. Understands business processes and responsible to manage all the applications maintenance and supportrequests for all the applications under its responsibility.8. Ensure effective lines of communication between various areas, processes and members are established andmaintained. Engaging with IOC team member and SWF to ensure required resources are allocated to the differentapplications projects.9. Manages and enforces IT standards, processes, policies and methodologies.



Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or closely relateddiscipline, and four years of related field or IT equivalent work experience required.
• In lieu of degree, six years of related field or IT equivalent work experience is required, including a minimumof four years SAP work experience.
• Also requires expertise/experience with: SAP ECC 6.0, SAP change management/transport process; and inany four of the SAP modules, i.e. SCM, HCM, LSO, E-Recruitment, FIORI, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL, CO, SD, VIM/OpenText, Project Systems, integration with Tax Systems (One Source, PowerPlan)
• Requires the following characteristics/ability to: lead technical projects; effectively and conciselycommunicate (written and oral), including the ability to explain complex SAP technology concepts; collaborate, buildconsensus, and influence with and without authority; and proactively identify innovative solutions.


• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, organizational skills and ability to perform efficientlyand effectively in a dynamic environment is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to proactively identify innovative solutions to challenging problems and explain complex conceptsand risk both simply and accurately to non-technical users.
