• Prepare day-to-day accounting functions for a variety of wind and solar assets. Entries include, but are not
limited to monthly accruals for land owner royalties, revenue accruals, operations and maintenance accruals,
amortization of prepaid assets, recording of capital maintenance, and much more.
• Process and manage Joint Venture activity, including, but not limited to processing invoices, cash clearing,
cash forecast, budget, monthly financial, budget vs. actual variance, etc.
• Maintain debt and minority interest schedules for Tax Equity Investments; prepare and reconcile related
journal entries.
• Prepare stand-alone financial statements, including note disclosures and provide requested information and
analysis to the auditors on a timely basis.
• Provide actual & budget variance analysis for wind assets gross margin and operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly cash distributions to investors.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain workpapers to support SOX compliant internal controls.
• Track monthly capital spending amounts for Tax Equity Investments.
• Provide required financial data and support to other internal departments including Tax, Land Management,
Settlements, Structuring, and more.
• Maintain schedule of leases, including determination of future minimum lease payments and deferred rent.
• Take lead on a variety of ad hoc projects, such as the implementation of new accounting standards or
procedures, or questions that arise from the external audit.
• Good understanding of asset retirement obligations (ASC 410).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
• Strong Excel and computer application skills
• Strong analytical skills, such as gross margin/OpEx analysis vs budget
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner
• Good organization and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preference may be given to candidates who have the following:
• Experience with wind and/or solar energy accounting
• Experience with Joint Venture accounting
• Experience with Tax Equity Investments
• Knowledge of IFRS
• SAP proficiency
• Experience with asset retirement obligations (ASC 410)
• Understanding of the new lease standard (ASC 842)
