Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

Supports Retail business in all areas. Reports to Vice President. Work location is in Portland Maine. Support may
include data and document management and employee onboarding coordination. May also provide cost and
budget analysis and management and internal reporting. Familiarity with SAP, budgeting, and procurement
processes strongly valued. Provides in a timely and confidential manner general administrative support.
Responsible for handling multiple diverse projects simultaneously.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Provides support to Vice President, lead team and other personnel including reports, correspondence, travel
arrangements, expensive reporting, purchasing, filing system, project management and confidential employee
matters. (100%)
2. Support the development of a new entity including employee onboarding coordination and logistics management
3. Responsible for budgeting, procurement and other SAP functions
4. Plan and organize meetings, web calls, conference calls, video calls portals and events. May include some

project work.
5. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Strong organization and analytical ability



Education & Experience Required:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or comparable experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience.

• Experience in accounting/budgeting and SAP


• Strong analysis and organizational\administrative skills.

• Able to perform interviews.

• Able to resolve conflicts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
