rotational program features a challenging technical curriculum. You will rotate through engineering areas, working
with mentors who are at the forefront of the field.

Participants have an opportunity to make tangible, strategic contributions to the company’s success. This program
is a key pipeline for potential future senior engineers at AVANGRID.



• Participate in a full-time, two-year rotational program in various geographic locations

• Rotate through various engineering areas

• Undergo focused training on technical expertise and business acumen

• Participate in a mentoring program



• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering

• Minimal to no professional experience

• Strong commitment to career growth with AVANGRID

• If requested, must be geographically mobile
