Description
Purpose:

Execute and produce analyses, graphs, reports and customized responses to request for services of moderate to
substantial level of difficulty. Applies most effective analytic techniques and methods to produce statistically valid
results. Develops creative, innovative and effective approaches to problem solving. Works as part of a team,
managing research projects as needed. Delivers presentation of results to UI management and outside groups in a
clear and effective manner.
• Understands the key business processes; uses this knowledge in own work.
• Expands fundamental knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills.
• Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses
each using standard procedures.
• Responds to standard and non-standard requests from customers and stakeholders; investigates with assistance
from others as needed.
• Explains information and persuades others in straightforward situations.
• Prioritizes and organizes own time to meet deadlines.
• May be responsible for technical contribution to a project/process team. May manage a small project.

• Applies team effectiveness skills; contributes to the achievement of team goals.

Requirements
Qualifications: (minimum qualifications for assignment to this job):

Requires a Bachelor's of Science/Arts Degree from an accredited college/university in a related analytic discipline*.

Ability to perform analyses with spreadsheet or other similar programs, to write reports with a word processing
program, and to create a presentation. Must be able to understand direction and apply personal efforts effectively.

Requires 2 years of experience in performing analyses. Other requirements include an ability to perform analyses
with spreadsheet or other similar programs, to write reports with a word processing program, and to create a

presentation. Must be able to understand direction and apply personal efforts effectively.
