Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

Responsibilities include responding to customer calls and billing inquires, preparing and reviewing bills, processing
invoices, processing accounts receivables, assisting with the administration of the budget plan, assisting field
operations with purchase requisitions, inventory management, construction folder preparation, work order
generation and meter reading processing.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

•Customer service - receiving and responding to customer calls (20%)
•Gas bill preparation and review (20%)
•Processing accounts receivable (20%)
•Processing vendor invoices (15%)
•Purchase requisition preparation (5%)
•Inventory management support (10%)
•Construction folder preparation (5%)
•Work order generation (5%)


Education & Experience Required

•Associated Degree Preferred. High School/GED with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.


•Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
