Utilize analytical and technical abilities to analyze a high volume of daily data, supporting critical processes that
have an immediate and high impact on the business operation of the company. Apply analytical techniques and
methods to produce statistically valid results. Understand and interpret requests for information and execute
appropriate analysis to fulfill requests. Perform routine daily assignments and work processes of simple to
moderate complexity. Contribute and support team members in a cross functional environment, taking on new

Key Responsibilities:
Configure parameters for data extractions, data cleansing and data analysis with analytical tools such as SAS,
SPSS, Access, Excel, SQL/Oracle queries or other similar programs on a high volume of repetitive data. Under the
directive of supervision and using procedures and processes, take actions to cleanse, correct, validate & provide
data to various processes & internal customers. Expand fundamental knowledge in own discipline and broaden
skills. Support and/or perform analysis functions to assist other groups as required. Identify and solve a range of
routine problems utilizing analytical tools or other approved methods; analyze possible solutions and assess each
using standard practices and procedures. Respond to simple, standard requests from customers and stakeholders;
investigate events and take appropriate actions to alleviate issues; explain information and provide data to internal
customers. Apply team effectiveness skills; contribute to the achievement of team goals. Maintain confidentiality of
all customer data; support field investigators with meter and customer data. The desired individual must be a
self-starter who is accountable for results. Must be able to make configuration changes to programs for data
extraction, data cleansing, and data analysis with SAS, SPSS, Access, Excel, SQL queries or other similar
programs. Must be capable of making routine decisions concerning data, taking corrective actions based existing
procedures, processes and team practices. Requires strong communication skills to present accurate and concise
data via discussion, email or phone. Must be able to understand and follow directions, procedures and guidelines.
Ability to work effectively within and support team.

Education: BS/BA Degree:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in one of the following analytic disciplines: Finance, Mathematics, Statistics,
Engineering or Computer Science.
