Description
JOB SUMMARY:

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications as
necessary. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs.
Creates purchasing documents, assist in managing department budget and spending. Maintains training databases
including Learning Management Systems, student tracking system (LSO), and vendor provided systems.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs.
2. Assist with creation of purchasing documents.
3. Provides consultation and support to applicable department/employees by developing programs and reports that
will assist with problem-solving.
4. Maintain training delivery and tracking databases, including SAP, GEP, and external learning management
systems.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of three years relevant experience preferred. Associates Degree with a

minimum of five years relevant experience or High School/GED with the completion of the relevant progression
program and seven years relevant experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of Operator Qualifications desired.
• Knowledge of industrial, technical, program development and administration, engineering and/or construction
principles and techniques, statistics, computer programming and work management.
• Experience working in a formal management system, including following and improving standard operating
procedures.

Skills/Abilities:

• Results & proactive orientation.
• Good interpersonal, verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize and present information.
• Solid working knowledge of SAP
• Strong knowledge of purchasing systems, including creation of purchasing documents
