Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

As a member of Personnel Administration, in the CFO area, this position focuses on Payroll and related activities,
being Human Resources the primary internal customer and criteria provider. This position:

• May enter and audit all incoming HR Actions while maintaining high levels of accuracy or process payroll for all
IUSA companies utilizing SAP.
• Provides technical support in both Payroll and HR areas, including but not limited to processes, benefits, 401 (K)
savings and investment plans, and taxes.
• Responsible for auditing daily expense reports while adhering to the company guidelines.
• Provides first level of consultative services to all employees of the organization for all Payroll related matters.
• Supports the Personnel Costs budgeting process including running necessary simulations in SAP.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Analyze all data entry received by HR to ensure proper documents and forms are received prior to updating the
employee's record in SAP. Enter and audit all HR actions including internal processes relative to employee master
data including hires, terminations, and retirements.

2. Performs all activities necessary to process one or more payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax
reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, and
documenting and updating procedures.

3. Acts as Subject Matter Expert for all relevant HR and Payroll matters. Answers incoming calls and responds to
questions related to policies and procedures from all levels throughout the organization.

4. Assists with auditing the daily expense reports while adhering to the company guidelines. Requires follow up with
employees when reports to not meet existing rules and procedures.

5. Prepares reports in SAP on a weekly and monthly basis as required by law and organizational needs.

6. Maintains knowledge and provides support to Payroll functions such as T Rowe Price funding and paying taxes,
balancing and filing quarterly and annual tax reports.

7. Adheres to and understands all departmental internal controls and maintains all departmental processes to
ensure compliance.

8. Performs general ledger reconciliations and works closely with other departments to ensure all accounts are
cleared and in balance each month.

9. Supports the process of preparing all information necessary to produce the Personnel Costs budget for all of
IUSA and assists in running the budgeting process in SAP to generate a labor budget.

10. Prepares and validates reports for internal and external department audits alongside the Lead Analyst. This will
involve working directly with the auditors to provide information as requested for sample groups and provide
explanations/further detail when necessary.


Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, no experience required
• Associate's Degree with a minimum of three years relevant experience OR a High School/GED equivalent with a
minimum of five years relevant experience required.
