Job Overview:

Develop, implement and administer of all aspects of residential and low-income Energy Efficiency Program
activities for the Company. These programs include Residential New Construction, Home Energy Services,
Multifamily, Behavior, High Efficiency Heating and Water Heating Programs as well as Single and Multifamily
programs in the low-income sector. The lead analyst will provide support in program marketing, advertising,
production, quality assurance, regulatory reporting requirements and technical assistance. The lead analyst will
supervise vendors, consultants and contractors working within the Company's Energy Efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise vendor staff on the overall operation of residential and low-income sector program delivery.
• Tracks financial program and operational performance. Coordinate and conduct meetings and training with vendor
office and field staff, trade allies and other appropriate parties.
• Perform random QC site visits related to energy audits and installations.
• Enhance or modify energy efficiency programs when appropriate and prepare and advertise a comprehensive
RFP and contract for the Company's Energy Services Programs.
• Preparation of comprehensive EE reports and regulatory filings to the Department of Public Utilities and the
Department of Energy Resources (DOER).
• Provide expert testimony in support of the Company's EE filings during adjudicatory procedures.
• Interact with customers and contractors participating in the energy efficiency programs.
• Develop marketing budgets; produce program materials, generate bill inserts and other advertising as needed.
• Coordinate trade-ally shows, outreach activities, provide internal employee awareness, and participate in training
• Represents the Company on EE matters at the MA Energy Efficiency Advisory Council, other utility meetings, with
regulators, legislators, attorneys, and by participating in utility collaborative and working groups.

• Review all pertinent vendor invoices. Enter all data into Company's tracking EE database. Creates and monitors
purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP vendor management for all Energy Services Department

Education and Experience Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Efficiency or
related discipline, plus five years minimum related experience. Presentation skills, negotiation skills, knowledge of
fundamental accounting procedures, budget experience and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
highly preferred.
