DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:

Lease administration, budget tracking and reporting. Oversee and track the leases of rental properties portfolio,follow the leases of financial transactions, such as rents, sublease payments, renewals, taxes, and propertyexpenses. Process the leases to ensure accurate information is submitted for approval through the SAP workflow.Responsible of overseeing and ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in atimely manner. Collaborate on budget planning and tracking for Capital Networks Projects and Operating expenses.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide data entry and reporting in SAP and its modules, validation and management of leases.• Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (leases obligations and revenues, amendments,subleases).• Review annual tenant and landlord reconciliation statements. Real Estate tax calculations rent varianceanalysis and rent payment processing.• Review and reconcile monthly, quarterly and annual lease obligation and revenue reports and vendorstatements. Provide Real Estate tax calculations rent variance analysis and monitor rental payments and billingprocessing.• Review CAM (Common Area Maintenance charges) and other escalations and real estate tax invoicesdocuments• Provide daily support to the business, internal and external customers by responding to and resolving billingand payment discrepancies and various requests from tenants, landlords, audit/compliance, local and federal

agencies

RequirementsJOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Abilities:

• Skills in analyzing and interpret commercial lease language, including rent variance analysis and rentpayment processing.• Track and maintain critical lease dates.• Ability to manage client-vendor-landlord relationship and resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues.• Communication skills, written and spoken.• Technologically savvy, expertise in SAP and advance skills in Microsoft Excel.• Proficiency in MS Office and skilled to consolidate data into Power point presentations.• Innovative and proactive with solutions.• Organized.• Ability to interact with all level external and internal clients• Knowledge of utility asset portfolio management and processes preferred

Education and Experience Required:• Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience• Experience in Commercial Real Estate environment specifically in property management, accounting, andfinance and lease administration.• Knowledge in Real Estate preferred.• Knowledge in IFRS16 and US GAAP preferred.
