JOB SUMMARY:

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:

Coordinates and performs fleet management analyses including but not limited to vehicle utilization andperformance. Develops and implements policies, strategies and services to optimize operating and fuel costs toimprove/maintain performance and safety of fleet assets.

Develops, monitors, and reports critical operational, productivity and efficiency metrics related to Fleet. Performscomplex studies and analyze data to identify gaps and possible improvements. Advises and acts as consultant toFleet areas regarding historical trends and analysis to assist in developing mitigating solutions for closing and/orreducing budget, efficiency and productivity gaps.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Develop and monitor reports related to Telematics used to drive change and reduce cost across AVANGRID.2. Provides technical expertise on various Company projects and programs associated with the General Servicesorganization and its associated services.3. Develops and maintains vehicle utilization reports and makes recommendations based on analysis.4. Develops, monitors and reports critical operational, productivity and efficiency metrics related to Fleet.5. Performs complex studies and analyze data to identify gaps and possible improvements.6. Using Telematics data advise and act as consultant to all parts of the organization regarding historical trends and

analysis to assist in developing mitigating solutions for closing and/or reducing budget, efficiency and productivitygaps.7. Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between currentprocesses and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan thetransition to a new process.8. Utilize advanced business analytics tools to develop and publish costs and performance dashboards for use byManagement.9. Participate on project teams, and assist with ongoing continuous improvement efforts along with BusinessTransformation improvement efforts.10. Participate in Benchmark General Services related business processes performance at various levels. Interactwith AVANGRID Networks, Renewables and Gas Holdings teams to achieve best practices standardization acrossthe AVANGRID Companies in accordance with global standards.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience Required:

• BS or BA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field of study with at least three years of fleet orrelevant analytical experience is strongly desired.• Associates degree with at least five years of fleet or relevant analytical experience is required.• High School diploma with at least seven years of fleet or relevant analytical experience is required.• MBA or MS degree strongly desired.• Telematics experience is strongly desired.

Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate wide business processes and operations• Strong organizational skills• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access• Flexibility and adaptation. Ability to drive and sustain change• Commitment, ability to follow-through and meet deadlines
