DescriptionJob Summary:

Scope of work, Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships , other relationships:

Develop, administer and modify energy efficiency programs. Offer products and services to our Customers whilemaintaining company brand identity and strengths. Participate in internal strategic planning processes to improveproduct and service offerings. Administer contracts with vendors while being a Customer advocate with vendorsand ensuring and improving vendor quality of service to our Customers. Use tracking and reporting systems.Define, measure and improve Customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management
• Meet CLM performance ratios.
• Administer energy efficiency programs.
• Promote programs, products and services through home shows, community activities, and personal contacts.
• Perform environmental scans to gather information on competing products and services.
• Recommend product and service enhancements to establish UI as a leader in innovative consumer CLMprograms and products.
• Maintain familiarity with other programs and services to enhance cross-selling opportunities and maximize leadsfor other programs and services.
• Solve Customer challenges as arbiter in dealings with Customers and vendors.
• Use corporate tracking systems to monitor sales and make appropriate recommendations in promotion methodsto keep sales on.

• Use market data to align Customer's needs with program offerings.

RequirementsEducation and Experience Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline including but not limited to BusinessAdministration, Engineering or Behavioral Science. Requires at least five years’ experience in residential energyconservation program implementation, managing contract labor or implementation vendors. Demonstrated ability todevelop and respond to energy conservation RFP proposals. Experience involving direct customer contact, contractadministration, project management, and strategic planning. Familiarity with financial management, vendormanagement, operations and project management. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and objectiveworking relationships with contractors, vendors and customers. General knowledge of electricity. Basic salesskills. Strong communication skills including demonstrated public speaking skills. Well versed in Windowsenvironment, particularly in (Excel) database and spreadsheet applications. Ability to develop tracking andreporting systems for a variety of program offerings, develop analysis and make recommendations necessary tomeet program goals.
