Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and utilize company systems or databases develop and maintain tracking systems, reports, metrics, data trends, and other quantitative analysis of aspects of gas operations.

Interacts and communicates the status of mandated gas operations activities to the management team.

Interacts with gas operations supervisors, managers, and engineering, to insure efficient leak repair and abnormal operating condition remediation processes.

Perform quality assurance and quality control inspections for required gas leak surveys, meter protection, etc.

Reviews leak survey maps and records to ensure the accuracy of the information and identification of AOC’s, performs field visits of survey sites to insure the protection of gas distribution facilities.

May be required to fill in for the Supervisor of System Protection as needed, assists the Supervisor with training and acts as a technical expert in leak survey activities, etc.

Assists in leak survey, meter protection, and system protection awareness training efforts.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s’ Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 years relevant experience required.

Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, SAP Financial software, fundamentals, and processes Advanced PC skills

Able to effectively interface with all levels of staff and management.
